Quick and easy to set up, with sturdy components that won’t scratch your door.

Just wrap the two adjustable anchor straps vertically around any standard door, adjust the slider–clamps to your desired height, then clip on resistance bands or springs.

You’re ready for a great workout

Innovative design allows unlimited possibilities for adjusting the angle of resistance.

Your choice of resistance options: Slastix™ (soft, fabric-covered resistance bands)  or springs (for longer-lasting, fully-tested resistance) .
Both kits also include two cotton loops plus two door straps with sturdy, non-abrasive attachment points, two 78 cm Yellow slastix or two long yellow springs.

All equipment comes with access to free streaming video workouts.
