Its unique, ergonomic shape allows you to move the Flex Disc® with minimal stress on your wrist. You have the option to increase grip strength by squeezing the dome while generating movement.
Its twist to click self-locking mechanism allows for easy attachment and removal to either the standard or mini Flex Disc® without the need for any additional parts.
